Terms and Conditions
1. IMP means Ian Marsh Photography “the client” means the person or organisation contracting IMP for photographic services.
2. All prices are subject to alteration without notice. This will not affect Clients who previously booked at an agreed price.
3. There will be a non returnable deposit of £150 to be paid upon booking.The balance of payment shall be made in full four weeks before the photographic work commences.
4. Digital files of images presented to the client on completion shall be the clients property but IMP retains the right to use any images for promotional and publicity purposes.
5. The client shall be responsible for the collection of the finished goods. However IMP will deliver in person or by post in certain circumstances at their own discretion.
6. IMP will endeavour to complete the work within four weeks of the event.
7. IMP will endeavour to cover the event to the clients best advantage subject to the limits of time, the weather, location and client co-operation.
8. IMP will endeavour to produce work of the highest standard, in the event of a mechanical or human error, IMP will only be liable for costs up to the agreed price for the work.
9. These terms and conditions shall be subject to English Law.
